HILLVIEW TROUT FISHERY

                                 “Home of the Hard Fighting Blues”

Under new ownership and management and situated nine miles to the south of Shrewsbury in Shropshire at the foot of the Lawley and Caradoc Hills, Hillview offers spectacular fishing in crystal clear spring fed water.  Amid some of the most stunning scenery, the four acre lake is well stocked with Rainbows, Browns and our famous hard fighting Blue trout; you may also hook into a Tiger or a Golden!  The fish feed freely on an abundance of natural food  and the Blues will dive like Bonefish to the safety of the deep water when hooked.

For your comfort we have a heated lodge where tea and coffee are available free of charge and there is a large hard standing car park with wheelchair access straight onto a purpose built fishing platform.

There is also a small stock of fly tackle available to purchase together with complete fly outfits for hire.
